[edit] Restore factory defaults

[edit] All data will be lost !

(Tested on Palm T|X)

  • Press and hold the 'POWER' button
  • Press the 'RESET' button on the back
  • Now the Palm startup screen appears. Still hold the 'POWER' button pressed until the progress bar has reached 100% and you see the grey Palm logo
  • Release the 'POWER' button
  • Press the 'Up' navigator button to erase all of your data and set the Palm back to it's factory defaults
